If you belong in the group of people that don’t like the exercises, these “Plank” exercise will decrease the extra fat from your tummy and will firm the depth and outer muscles of your back, arms and legs, buttocks and trunk muscles.
Position your body in the top position of push-ups. It will affect your muscles just the same as in the push-ups, deeply firmed and become more durable.
You will need to maintain the correct position while doing this exercise, which is very important. When you take up your elbows and lean on your toes, your upper body should be in a flat line.
Organize the weight of your body equally on the elbows and legs which will stimulate the tense muscles on the buttocks to gain extra balance. When you will be good in holding this position, you will be ready to challenge yourself to do this same exercise every day for one month. Begin with 20 seconds in the first day and then increase the time of your exercising step by step every day.
